Reperio has partnered with a fast-growing digital consultancy during an exciting expansion phase, seeking an experienced Business Analyst. This role sits within the Application Innovation practice, bridging business needs, IT delivery, and compliance. You'll play a key role in process improvement, systems analysis, and ensuring solutions align with SDLC and ISO 27001 standards.
Responsibilities:
1. Analyse, document, and map business and system processes.
2. Conduct systems analysis, including data flows and integrations.
3. Translate business needs into clear functional/non-functional requirements.
4. Collaborate with developers, architects, and testers on solution design.
5. Ensure ISO 27001 compliance and security best practice.
6. Facilitate workshops and requirements gathering sessions.
7. Produce documentation: process maps, user stories, specifications.
Requirements:
8. Proven BA/Systems Analyst/Technical BA experience.
9. Strong process mapping, systems analysis, and documentation skills.
10. Knowledge of SDLC, Agile methods, and ISO 27001.
11. Skilled with Visio, Lucidchart, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, M365.
12. Excellent communication with both technical and business teams.
13. Advantage: experience in regulated/compliance-heavy environments.
