Role
To assist in the management and accuracy of stock records in our three stores.
General responsibility for maintaining accurate stock records through the use of an Electronic Stock Management System, daily sales tracking and regular stock counts.
Key Responsibilities
Record and maintain accurate stock levels of high-end luxury brands such as Rolex.
Monitor daily sales to identify unusual transactions.
Monitor daily sales to identify unusual payment methods.
Ensure all stock items are sold correctly on the tills.
Liaise with staff to solve discrepancies.
Maintain stock records with high attention to detail.
Resolve stock items sold incorrectly.
Meticulous data entry to ensure stock accuracy.
Ensure all adjustments, stock moves and transfers are logged accurately.
Assist in the administration and management of weekly, monthly and yearly stock counts.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports and updates for Directors.
Provide support to Directors and shop teams.
Undertake any other reasonable tasks or duties assigned by management from time to time, related to the effective and efficient performance of the role.
