Job Title: Marketing Manager – Fixed-Term (Maternity Cover)
We are looking for a proactive and strategic Marketing Manager to join a leading retail organisation on a maternity cover. This role provides the opportunity to lead marketing initiatives, deliver impactful campaigns, and drive measurable results while collaborating with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
* Create and implement marketing plans that support overall business objectives.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leadership and key stakeholders.
* Manage and execute a calendar of marketing campaigns alongside the Brand Manager.
* Ensure all campaigns are consistent in messaging, delivered on time, and aligned with strategic goals.
* Oversee marketing budgets, ensuring campaigns are delivered within financial targets.
* Conduct research initiatives, including brand tracking and customer segmentation projects.
* Assist the Head of Marketing with budget management and team oversight.
* Collaborate with Brand Partners to maintain strong working relationships.
* Represent marketing in cross-functional teams including HR, Operations, Trading, and Food.
* Lead planning and execution of company-wide events, including conferences, awards evenings, and annual celebrations.
Candidate Profile
Experience & Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in marketing or marketing management, ideally in retail or FMCG.
* Solid understanding of marketing strategy and campaign management.
* Proven track record of delivering multiple projects on time and within budget.
* Familiarity with marketing tools and software.
* Experience leading teams, managing stakeholders, and mentoring staff.
* Full Irish Driving Licence.
