Our client is a well-established member of the Irish medical device sector who produce a range of products at their Dublin manufacturing site. They are looking to hire a Senior Process Engineer with hands-on equipment experience in a regulated high-volume manufacturing environment to join their growing team within the packaging division of the business. About the Position
As a Senior Process Engineer, your job will be to lead a team of technicians to provide direct support to production and maintenance teams.
Take a data-driven approach to investigation and resolution of process issues.
Regularly review preventative maintenance schedules to ensure they mitigate equipment failure and improve uptime.
Work closely with material suppliers to ensure machine/process capability to maintain stability and process uptime.
Lead CAPA and complaint investigations.
Owning change control processes and ensuring appropriate documentation/approvals.
Lead training and development of technicians, carry out performance reviews, and ensuring work is conducted in line with safety and regulatory requirements.
Experience/Requirements
For this Senior Process Engineer job, you will have 8+ years’ experience in a similar position as well as people management experience.
You will also have hands‑on equipment experience in a regulated high-volume manufacturing environment and a relevant third level engineering qualification.
