The Role
We're looking for an energetic, ambitious individual ready to step into a high-impact sales leadership role — with the mentorship and training to grow into Chief Revenue Officer (CRO).
This is not a traditional sales manager position. It's a rare opportunity to join a proven AI business at a pivotal stage of global growth. You'll work directly with the leadership team to expand our sales operations and, over time, build and lead your own team.
What You Will Do
· Contribute to the design and execution of Cogitait's sales strategy.
· Drive lead generation, pipeline development, and new business opportunities.
· Support account management and customer growth initiatives.
· Work closely with leadership to expand our presence across global markets.

What We're Looking For
· Drive and ambition to grow into CRO.
· Experience in sales, business development, or lead generation.
· Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
· Strategic mindset with willingness to roll up your sleeves.
· Interest in AI, data, or SaaS is a plus (we'll train you).
· Bachelor's degree preferred but not essential.
