Overview: We are currently seeking an experienced Civils Foreman for a high-profile residential development in Bray, Co. Wicklow.
This is an excellent opportunity to join one of Irelands leading civil engineering contractors with a strong pipeline of work and a reputation for delivering high-quality projects.. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate all site activities and subcontractors on the ground.
Ensure works are carried out in accordance with design, specifications and programme.
Monitor progress and keep detailed site records.
Ensure high standards of Health & Safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
Liaise with Site Engineer, Project Manager and other senior staff.
Assist with planning, scheduling, and reporting site activities.
Motivate and lead site operatives to maintain productivity and morale.
Requirements: Minimum 5 years experience in a similar civils foreman role.
Background in civil engineering or groundworks on residential or infrastructure projects.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
Proven track record delivering projects on time and within budget.
Safe Pass required.
