We are seeking an experienced Retail Experience Associate to join our team. As a key member of the retail operations team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, ensuring high standards of store presentation, and contributing to the smooth day-to-day running of the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide outstanding customer service through a helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable approach.
* Assist the shop manager and team with the day-to-day running of the store, ensuring efficient operations and maintaining high standards throughout the day.
* Step up and guide shop operations in the absence of senior management, taking responsibility for opening and closing the business, managing cash procedures, and guiding the shop team.
* Develop skills through training and on-the-job support, enabling continuous growth and progress within the company.
* Work effectively under pressure, remaining calm while continuously improving self and shop performance.
* Maintain excellent shop presentation standards, adhering to all operational and safety procedures.
* Act as a brand ambassador, introducing customers to the multi-channel/digital journey and promoting the brand in a positive and professional manner.
