The firm combines deep market knowledge, high professional standards and broad sector coverage — working with domestic and international clients.Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced, senior valuations professional to lead, shape and grow our Valuations/Professional Services division. This is a high-impact leadership role offering real influence, strong visibility within the senior team, and the opportunity to lead a well established valuations function — with a focus on business growth, strategic direction, and market-leading delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide overall leadership and management of the valuations and professional services division.Oversee all valuation work across sectors including commercial, industrial, retail, logistics, PRS, healthcare, development land and mixed-use real estate.Ensure valuations are robust, accurate and delivered to high professional standards for purposes including financing, funds, tax, company accounts, acquisitions, loan books and litigation.Maintain close liaison with agency, investment, asset-management and advisory teams to deliver integrated client service and leverage market intelligence.Drive business development: grow the valuations client base, win new assignments, and build long-term relationships with investors, funds, lenders, occupiers and developers.Represent the firm (or its clients) as expert witness when required — in courts, tribunals, arbitration or other formal forums.Manage and mentor a team of surveyors and valuation professionals.
