We are seeking a HR Officer to deliver an effective HR service through implementing best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Involvement in various strategic and operational projects and initiatives.
 * Coach and advise management on employment legislation, discipline and grievance processes, and absence management
 * Manage key systems and run reporting as necessary
 * Resolve queries, compliant with policies and procedures
 * Conduct full lifecycle recruitment campaigns, participate in interview panels as required.
Requirements:
 * 3 years' experience in a similar HR position.
 * HR Degree or CIPD Qualification.
 * Excellent communication skills.
 * Public sector/healthcare experience is preferred.
