Quantity Surveyor Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team. As an experienced professional, you will be responsible for providing expert cost management services on various retail, commercial, educational and residential projects.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, with the ability to prepare detailed estimates, valuations and reports using advanced software tools such as CostX. Strong communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with clients, project teams and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparation of detailed estimates and cost plans for various development projects.
* Analysis of tenders and preparation of tender reports at all stages of procurement.
* Preparation of valuations, cost reports, re-measurements and adjustments as required.
