About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in establishing and driving growth through recruiting, coaching, and managing a team of high-performing sales executives and business development managers.
Key Responsibilities
• Recruit, develop, and lead a team of effective sales professionals
• Develop your own pipeline with a view to hitting and surpassing your individual revenue target
• Be accountable for increasing revenue and scaling the team
• Coach, train, and guide the team in developing consultative and solution-based sales skills through all facets of the sales cycle
• Develop the long-term vision and strategy for the team and manage day-to-day operations, with a focus on performance against key sales metrics
Requirements
• Ability to motivate, influence others, and deliver individual and team results
• Solution-driven, consultative sales approach
• At least 5 years' experience selling FX and/or expense management solutions, in payments or in money markets
• At least 2 years leading teams
• Thorough understanding of the financial markets and the key drivers of currency fluctuations
• Strong sales skills along with an excellent level of commercial awareness
• Curious and self-starting attitude with the ability to think fast
• Strong work ethic with the ability to work autonomously and within a cohesive team
• Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks
