Job Title: Service Lead
As a key member of our residential care team, the Service Lead will be responsible for providing exceptional support to individuals in our care. This role requires strong leadership skills and experience in managing residential services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Take lead on shift when on duty in the service
• Participate in direct care to individuals, following established care plans and protocols
• Assist in assessing needs and developing individualised care plans
• Monitor progress and outcomes of care
• Train and orient new care team members
• Organise and facilitate training programs and workshops for the team
Requirements:
• 3+ years in management or supervisory role in health or social care
• Relevant degree (level 7) in Social or Health Care and level 6 Management qualification
• Proven track record in managing residential services
• Full driving license and access to vehicle
