About Your New Job
Work with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and CEO to translate business strategy into actionable programs and projects.
Ensure strategic alignment across all initiatives to drive the delivery of **** goals.
Establish and maintain robust program management frameworks, processes, and best practices.
Oversee the portfolio of strategic initiatives, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and on-quality delivery.
Lead digital and automation initiatives with cross-functional teams.
Develop and implement KPIs and dashboards to monitor progress against business targets and strategic goals lokaci.
Prepare and present regular updates for the SLT, highlighting status, risks, opportunities, and recommendations.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication to ensure alignment, identify barriers, and develop solutions.
Act as a key liaison between business units, project teams, and senior management.
Champion a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Encourage, support, and initiate change management efforts, especially relating to digital transformation and automation.
What Skills You Need
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).
Proven experience (8+ years) in program/project management, within industrial, engineering, or MRO sectors.
Experience leading PMO functions and managing teams.
Demonstrated track record of supporting executive leadership in strategy development and execution.
Expertise in digital transformation and/or automation projects is highly desirable.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Relevant certifications (PMP, Prince2, Agile, etc.) are a plus.
