Guest Services Coordinator
This is a dynamic role that requires excellent communication and organisational skills. As a Guest Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing guest reservations, ensuring their needs are met to the highest standard.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a 3/4-star hotel environment, although this is not essential. You will be working independently and taking initiative, with outstanding communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage guest reservations, ensuring accurate and efficient processing
* Deal with telephone and email enquiries in a professional and courteous manner
* Liaise with other departments to ensure all requests are met
* Work closely with the Sales team on lead generation and contract implementation
* Ensure full knowledge of hotel facilities and promote these at every opportunity
