The role
Key Responsibilities
• Discovering business risk though objective standards and regular assessments.
• Perform alignment visits on a regular schedule.
• Build a technical relationship with the client.
• Dedicate a full day at a customer’s location. Schedule Six months in advance.
• Complete scheduled reactive tickets as assigned while on site.
• Train end users to use the service desk for all non-proactive matters that may arise while on site.
• Document all configurations of technologies (including LAN diagrams) for easier troubleshooting and reconfiguration.
• Perform in-house helpdesk alignment assessments based on ticket type, customer and endpoint trends.
• Administration of and contribution to the running of the Cloud Radial platform.
• Administration of and contribution to the running of the Security Awareness Training platform.
• Administration of and contribution to the running of reports within the Network Detective platform.
• Onboard security services for new and existing clients with AISP contracts.
Key Requirements
• Communication Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills in English; ability to present information clearly.
• Problem Solving: Ability to identify problems timely, information analysis, develop alternative solutions, and resolve issues early.
• Business Ethics: Treat people with respect; keep commitments; inspire trust; work with integrity; uphold organizational values.
• Team Building: Balance team and individual responsibilities; work well in group problem-solving situations.
• Analytical Skills: Use experience and logical reasoning to solve problems effectively.
• Education: College degree (three-year college or technical school) preferred in IT or related technical field.
