Your Responsibilities:

* Team Leadership: Provide invaluable guidance and mentorship to a diverse team comprising Associates, Seniors, Assistant Managers, and Managers, fostering their professional development and ensuring top-notch performance.
What We're Looking For:
* Professional Qualifications: Holders of esteemed AITI/CTC qualification are preferred, with a preference for candidates possessing both AITI/CTC and ACA certifications.
* Extensive Experience: Bring to the table a wealth of experience in steering complex tax advisory projects, particularly within sectors such as pharmaceuticals, technology, communications, FinTech, or food and beverages.
* Executive Skills: Demonstrate a knack for developing astute business acumen and market insight at an executive level, coupled with a proven track record of forging and nurturing high-level business relationships.
* Executive Traits: Showcase your strategic prowess and exemplary leadership track record, backed by a history of successfully managing intricate client projects, driving executive-level business growth, and adeptly handling high-stakes transactions.
