Job Overview
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of Sales, Marketing & Events function, working closely with revenue and senior operations teams.
* Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports, presentations, and KPIs to stakeholders.
* Oversee execution of the commercial plan, targeting growth across corporate, GDS, direct bookings, leisure, C&B, F&B, and PR.
The successful candidate will proactively manage new business development, account retention, and sales activity. They will also run all digital and offline marketing efforts, including website optimisation, social media campaigns, and e-zines.
Requirements
* Previous experience as a Sales & Marketing Executive or similar role within the hotel sector.
* Strong digital skills: website, booking engine (Avvio), paid social, and email marketing.
* Familiarity with GDS, RFP processes, and revenue strategy.
A confident communicator with a strategic mindset and proven results is required. Previous experience in the Irish hotel sector is advantageous.
