BMS Project Manager
We are seeking a BMS Project Manager to lead the technical delivery of a major construction project.
* Coordinate and manage all design documents and drawings.
* Support project handover, planning, and value-engineering reviews.
* Produce coordinated M&E/architectural/structural drawings.
* Review specifications and ensure design and submittal compliance.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Building Services or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent), 4+ years of experience in project management with building services/mechanical contractors, and proven delivery on commercial, industrial, or data-centre projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from design through to completion, ensuring timely delivery, quality control, and effective communication among stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Project Coordination: Coordinate and manage all design documents and drawings, ensuring that they meet the required standards and are completed on time.
* Design Compliance: Review specifications and ensure design and submittal compliance, guaranteeing that all designs adhere to industry standards and regulations.
* Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results, promoting collaboration and open communication among team members.
* Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve issues promptly, utilizing problem-solving skills and knowledge of industry best practices to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements
To succeed as a BMS Project Manager, you will need:
* A degree in Building Services or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)
* 4+ years of experience in project management with building services/mechanical contractors
* Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
* Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
