JOB OVERVIEW: The role of the Digital Operations Manager owns all aspects of the post-sale process. The Digital Operations Manageris a pivotal role connecting multiple aspects of the business and will lead and manage several cross-functional projects to ensure a smooth running of the Harvey Norman digital channel. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, Excel proficiency, and the ability to collaborate with internal teams and stores to drive efficiencies. YOUR JOB your tasks will include: Implement digital solutions in stores to drive efficiencies, increase sales and improve customer services including but not limited to Contactless Click & Collect, Live Offer and the 3 D Virtual Shopping Experience. Manage the relationship and day-to-day operations for the accepted online payment methods Pay Pal, humm & World Pay whilst concurrently seeking new opportunities of growth such as Google Pay & Apple Pay. Identify areas of improvement for the customer experience to reduce friction and minimise complexity with continual review of areas of improvement on pages such as; FAQs, Returns Policies and Contact Us. Ensure content on non-product pages such as Store Finder and Google Business Place are updated in line with company policy. Responsible for the growth & development of the digital sales channel using tools such as Video Chat, Live Chat and Chatbot whilst concurrently measuring each method using KPIs. Manage the relationship of remote Online Order Processing team including negotiating commercials and day-to-day duties of the team. Communicate with influence with store, warehouse & Head Office staff using the following methods; conduct training, facilitate stakeholder feedback meetings; in-person store visits & presenting from all-employee to Exec level. Proactively ensure continuous feedback loop remains present with all Harvey Norman stores, Finance, Advertising, Head Office teams & Customer Service Department Manage the relationship between Harvey Norman & designated e-commerce delivery provider including negotiation of commercials, loss prevention and day-to-day account management. Foster the relationship with the HN Global Online Development team including taking ownership of the bug prioritisation and enhancement process to ensure HN Ireland aligned with overall brand. Support of the Head of Digital & e Commerce as required, including ad hoc tasks that lead to the overall growth of the digital channel. Assist with the on-boarding on new digital staff.
