Finance Leadership Role
The position is a key leadership role in the finance function, overseeing the day-to-day operations and preparing statutory and management accounts.
* Main Responsibilities:
o Oversight of the finance function including preparation of statutory and management accounts.
o Leading all external and internal audit engagements.
o CBI and regulatory reporting.
o Production of management information for executive team and board.
o Oversight of policies and controls.
o Management of finance team.
Requirements:
* Funding Requirements:
o Ambitious individual with a desire to develop their career in a high-potential business.
o Qualified Accountant with minimum 7 years PQE, ideally with PCF exposure/approval.
o Strong technical accounting skills - IFRS, tax & reporting, FS audit training background.
o Currently working in either audit or financial reporting.
o Strong systems and MS Excel knowledge.
o Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to report to Exec team and Board.
