We are now recruiting for a maintenance technician.

Maintenance Position
Responsibilities and Duties:
Carrying out day-to-day maintenance and minor repairs across our community houses in Louth and Meath.
Working with outside contractors for major repair work.
Making sure that heating, lighting and alarm systems are working properly.
Performing inspections and recording the results.
Tidying external areas.
Painting.
Providing holiday cover and shared on-all with an expanding team.
The ideal candidate will:
Possess practical DIY skills to carry out minor repairs.
Have the ability to manage your own workload.
Possess good problem solving skills.
Have a basic level of IT literacy.
Have a good awareness of health, safety, security and hygiene issues.
Be willing to work flexibly.
Carry a full driver licence.
