Morgan McKinley is partnering with a leading Healthcare organisation looking for a proactive and experienced HR Partner to support and drive HR initiatives across multiple sites. This role is ideal for someone with strong HR expertise, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to influence change across an organisation. Salary commensurate with experience for the successful candidate. Key Responsibilities: Partner with management to align HR strategies with business goals. Design and implement HR programs that enhance workforce planning, optimise talent management, and boost employee engagement. Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution. Support recruitment, from sourcing candidates to onboarding key hires. Develop and implement HR policies, ensuring compliance with legislation. Track HR metrics, generate reports, and provide actionable insights. Support training, development, and employee engagement initiatives. Facilitate communication to foster a positive work environment. Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 3 years' experience in an HR Partner or similar role. Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment legislation, and best practices. Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills. Analytical mindset with experience interpreting HR data. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems. Willingness to travel to multiple sites as required. Skills: HR CIPD Business Partner
