This senior leadership role offers the opportunity to join a fast-growing, customer-focused business and play a key role in driving retail strategy, performance, and innovation across a nationwide network of stores.
Salary: €100K - €110K Responsibilities: Lead, inspire, and develop a team of Regional and Store Managers to deliver exceptional operational standards and customer service Drive commercial performance across the retail network through effective business planning, sales analysis, and performance management Develop and implement retail strategies to increase profitability, market share, and customer engagement Oversee compliance with brand standards, health & safety, and regulatory requirements Work closely with senior leadership to identify growth opportunities, new concepts, and process improvements Champion company culture and values across all retail locations Requirements: A proven track record in a senior retail management role, ideally within forecourt, grocery, or convenience retail Strong commercial acumen and analytical mindset Excellent leadership, communication, and people development skills Strategic thinker with the ability to execute and deliver results in a fast-paced environment Full driving licence and flexibility to travel nationwide as required If you are interested in this Head of Retail job opportunity, then please apply to Nikki Murran via the link below.
