About The Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated analytics professional to join our Clinical Analytics team.
This role focuses on developing proof-of-concept (POC) solutions, conducting scenario modeling, and applying advanced analytics to solve complex clinical challenges within the Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) space.
You will work on high-impact initiatives that inform clinical strategy, benefit design, and health outcomes, leveraging cutting-edge tools and methodologies.
Schedule : This is a full-time position with standard working hours of Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.

Primary Responsibilities of the Principal Analyst Clinical Analytics:
Design and build POCs to explore innovative clinical analytics solutionsDevelop scenario models to evaluate the impact of clinical and formulary strategiesApply statistical, econometric, and machine learning techniques to clinical datasetsPerform data extraction, transformation, and feature engineering using SQL and PythonCollaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into analytical solutionsDocument methodologies, code, and results in a clear and reproducible mannerStay current with emerging analytics techniques and tools relevant to healthcareContribute to internal knowledge sharing and reusable analytical assetsYou will be rewarded and recognised for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role, as well as providing development for other roles you may be interested in.
Required Qualifications of the Principal Analyst Clinical Analytics:
Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a quantitative field or equivalent experienceExperience in data science, statistical modeling, or advanced analyticsProficiency in Python for statistical and machine learning applicationsStrong SQL skills for working with large, complex datasetsDemonstrated ability to validate models and interpret results rigorouslyPreferred Qualifications of the Principal Analyst Clinical Analytics:
Experience in healthcare, PBM, or pharmaceutical analyticsFamiliarity with cloud-based platforms such as Databricks or SparkExperience with geospatial and demographic analytics (e.g., mapping health outcomes, regional disparities)Exposure to version control tools (Git preferred) and collaborative coding practicesExperience contributing to shared codebases or analytical librariesSoft Skills of the Principal Analyst Clinical Analytics:
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality, well-documented workAbility to work effectively in a distributed, cross-functional teamCuriosity and drive to explore new analytical approaches and technologies
