We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Manager II to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and passionate nurse leader to take on a key role in managing the ICCA Clinical Information System (CIS) across critical care units.
Key Responsibilities
* Clinical Leadership: Provide clinical and professional nursing leadership of the clinical informatics services in critical care, ensuring the safe, efficient and evidence-based running of those services.
* User Management: Manage MDT CIS user access, setup and training, ensuring seamless integration and adoption of the system.
* Technical Support: Provide user support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues, identifying and resolving problems promptly to minimize disruption.
* System Configuration: Configure, validate and implement changes to the CIS to meet practice development and unit requirements for administrative, clinical and pharmaceutical documentation.
Requirements:
* Education: Registered General Nurse with The Nursing Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI), or eligible to register.
* Experience: 5 years post-registration experience in an acute hospital setting or relevant clinical area within the last 7 years, 2 of which must be in a critical care environment.
* Management Experience: Demonstrate management experience throughout the last 2 years.
Desirable Qualifications:
* Postgraduate Qualifications: Management course, Post registration course relevant to the area, IT/ Health Informatics course.
