The Role We're looking for a Marketing Associate to join our growing internal marketing team.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the successful applicant will be able to develop their marketing skills while supporting across a broad range of marketing activities to assist in the company's candidate attraction efforts, also known as business-to-candidate (B2C).
What You'll Do Assist in executing B2C campaigns (paid and organic) across social media, job boards, and email Support the team with microsites, blog content, and updates to the Cpl website Coordinate event materials and promotional merchandise for open days Collaborate with designers on campaign assets Help manage social channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) Support paid ad activity and platform updates (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
Liaise with stakeholders to understand campaign needs and timelines Support internal programmes across key candidate attraction solutions, such as Indeed Smart Sourcing and LinkedIn Recruiter What You Bring 1+ years of experience in marketing, admin, sales, customer service, or recruitment Strong communication, organisation, and teamwork skills Positive, self-starter attitude with a willingness to learn Ability to work from Dublin's City Centre Nice to Have: Knowledge of paid ads (Meta, LinkedIn, Google) or email marketing Experience with Canva or basic design tools GA4, SEO, or CMS knowledge Exposure to recruitment or working with clients About Cpl Cpl is Ireland's largest talent solutions provider, part of Outsourcing Inc.
