Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Speech and Language Therapist to join our team. As a Senior Speech and Language Therapist, you will provide speech and language therapy services to children from 0-18 years and their families who are accessing the Children's Disability Network Team.
The role involves assessing, diagnosing, and intervening with children who have complex communication needs. You will contribute to ongoing service delivery to children with complex needs and their families.
You will take a lead role in key areas of service development, reporting to the manager of the CDNT. Professional clinical supervision will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide speech and language therapy services to children from 0-18 years and their families
* Contribute to ongoing service delivery to children with complex needs and their families
* Take a lead role in key areas of service development
* Report to the CDNT manager
* Participate in professional clinical supervision
Requirements:
* Hold a qualification in Speech and Language Therapy approved by the relevant governing body
* Maintain annual registration on the relevant professional register
* Have 3 years full-time post-qualification clinical experience
Desirable Criteria:
* Experience of inter-disciplinary team working, service delivery planning, and development
* Experience working with children or adults with complex communication needs
* Experience working in the area of disabilities
* Experience working with paediatric clients presenting with dysphagia
