Day Service Manager Role
Cpl, in partnership with Avista, is seeking an experienced and passionate Day Service Manager to join their team in Limerick.
This role involves leading a dedicated team to deliver high-quality, person-led day services that support independence, inclusion, and individual choice.
* Lead a team to deliver day services that promote independence and inclusion.
* Collaborate with the service manager to implement strategic objectives and develop new initiatives.
* Ensure compliance with New Directions standards and national safeguarding guidelines.
* Support individuals in achieving meaningful outcomes through person-centred planning and community engagement.
* Oversee service operations including clinical coordination, staffing, and quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily operations and contribute to service development.
* Supervise and support staff teams to ensure effective performance.
* Foster partnerships with families, multidisciplinary teams (MDTs), and community stakeholders.
* Promote inclusion, independence, and advocacy for service users.
* Monitor and improve service quality and compliance with regulatory standards.
Requirements
* A relevant professional qualification in Social Care or related field.
* Proven experience managing services for people with intellectual disabilities.
* Strong knowledge of New Directions, person-centred supports, and HSE standards.
* Excellent organisational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
