Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and mentor site staff and sub-contractors to achieve project goals.

* Collaborate with design team members to ensure value, buildability, and adherence to program expectations from planning to completion.
* Provide regular reports to senior management on project status, including program, H&S, quality, and budget.
* Translate work requirements into prioritized plans for crews and sub-contractors.
* Engage with utility providers and warranty companies as needed.
* Manage project costs in collaboration with quantity surveyors and the site management team.
* Maintain health and safety standards, leading continuous improvement on sites.
* Operate in accordance with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
