Job Title: Receptionist
Working Hours: 8:00 am – 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday
(Saturdays on Rotation)
Location: The Bower, Killygordon, Co Donegal F93 DK54
Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and organised Receptionist to join our team. This role will be the first point of contact for customers, handling incoming calls and email queries, while also supporting our order processing and delivery operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answer and direct incoming phone calls and email queries in a professional and timely manner.
* Book and schedule concrete and precast orders, arranging delivery as required.
* Liaise with the batching office, yard personnel, and other departments to ensure efficient stock management and order fulfilment.
* Process sales orders and invoices using Sage Accounts.
* Maintain accurate records through scanning and filing of daily delivery dockets.
* Provide general administrative support to the wider business as needed.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role preferred.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Sage Accounts is an advantage.
* Ability to multitask and work effectively with different departments.
* Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
