Responsibilities
Overseeing the approval, planning, prioritization, development, and implementation of enterprise project and product efforts
Developing, establishing, and standardizing project management methodologies and procedures
Enabling projects/products to achieve a return on investment and meeting the goals and objectives of the organization
Developing and maintaining the enterprise project and product governance processes and standards to enable effective portfolio management
Establishing a comprehensive internal audit program aligned with the required SOX Controls
Presenting and communicating to Executive Leadership on the status of the enterprise portfolio
Qualifications
Degree – Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain required; Masters Degree preferred
PMP Certification
Agile Product Owner Certification
Agile SCRUM Master Certification
10 years of experience as a Project Manager
5 years of experience as an Agile Product Owner and SCRUM Master preferred
Process Mapping, Capacity Modeling, Data Analysis
Ability to travel up to 25%
