Product and Process Development Engineer
The role supports pharmaceutical manufacturing process development and optimization by leading the design, development, and implementation of robust and cost-effective processes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Process Optimization: Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
2. Risk Management: Conduct risk assessments, implement mitigation strategies, and lead investigations into deviations and root cause analyses to ensure a safe working environment.
3. Scale-up and Commercialization: Support scale-up, tech transfer, ASQ, and commercialization of new products while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related field is required.
* At least 37 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, process engineering, or technical services is preferred.
* Experience in sterile injectables or biologics manufacturing is highly valued.
