The Role Manage and lead the quality function. Address and resolve queries, issues and escalations related to quality operations. Oversee the creation, maintenance and compliance of SOPs, controlled documents and training programmes. Develop, mentor, and manage the QA team, supporting performance, capability building and long-term progression. Perform risk assessments, coordinate licensing activities, and contribute to the rollout of new business initiatives. Review and enhance the Quality Management System to ensure ongoing compliance and effectiveness. Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic quality matters and organisational priorities.
