Duties and Responsibilities
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
* Provide information on various topics, including payment methods, payment history, and proof of life procedures.
* Process changes to customer instructions and preferences.
* Support internal processes and procedures, including administrative tasks.
* Participate in ad-hoc tasks and projects as required.
Requirements
* 6-12 months of experience in a customer service environment, preferably in finance, banking, or a related sector.
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
* Ability to speak, read, and comprehend German (required) and English (desired).
* Superior listening skills and ability to deliver information at a customer's knowledge level.
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to think independently.
