Accounts Receivable Administrator - Meath - Reed Exclusive
Reed is partnered with a fantastic client to recruit for an experienced Accounts Receivable Administrator to join their large and busy finance team, based in Meath.

Duties in the position
* Issue and manage invoices, interim funding and respite stays
* Invoice residents for the private contribution of nursing home fees
* Review contracts to extract accurate billing information
* Record all invoices, receipts, and refunds on Sage 50
* Ensure accounts for both and residents are fully reconciled and accurate
* Maintain the Aged Debtors Ledger for all sites, ensuring timely collection of outstanding amounts
* Administer and reconcile the client bank account, managing finances in line with company policies and relevant regulations
* Work closely with all parties to ensure accounts are up to date
* Provide ongoing support to the Accounts Receivable Manager with invoicing and reporting
Experience & Qualifications
* 2 - 3 years of experience in a high-volume account's role, ideally in a Business to Consumer role
* Experience in Healthcare is advantageous
* Strong attention to detail and high accuracy, with the ability to meet strict deadlines
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
* Hands-on experience with Sage Accounts
* Familiarity with GoCardless, Epic
* Experience working in a multi-site environment
* Full valid driver's licence required - occasional travel to nursing home sites may be necessary
