Accounts and Payroll Assistant
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Accounts and Payroll Assistant in our finance team.
* Process supplier and customer invoices as part of a collaborative team environment
* Perform monthly bank reconciliations with attention to detail
* Process purchases ledger invoices and match delivery notes and purchase orders
* Reconcile supplier statements to ensure accuracy
* Assist with balance sheet reconciliations and credit card statements for payroll purposes
* Manage credit control processes
* Complete VAT returns accurately
What we are looking for:
* Previous experience in a similar accounts assistant or payroll role
* Experience in UK/ROI payroll management
* Demonstrated expertise in using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
