Pitch Development Manager
A Pitch Development Manager will oversee and direct the entire pitch process from inception to presentation.
* Strategically manage the entire pitch process, encompassing planning, development, and delivery.
* Lead a team of bid specialists and coordinators, providing guidance and support on best practices, processes, and tools.
* Evaluate and implement a clear pitching strategy aligned with the organization's objectives, reviewing it regularly to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
* Foster collaboration with senior professionals, fee earners, and other stakeholders to identify business prospects.
* Analyze market trends to pinpoint opportunities for enhancement.
The Ideal Candidate
Proven experience in leading and delivering pitches, preferably within the legal sector or a professional services environment.
Degree qualified and ideally holds project management experience/qualification.
