My Client have a requirement for an experienced Book Keeper to join their finance team. This is for an accounts technician or part qualified accountant
Please note you must have a valid visa to work in Ireland - if you dont meet his requirement you wont be considered
Prepare up to date financial records
Prepare book and all month end work
Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes
Perform regular bank reconciliations
Prepare and submit VAT returns
Assist with month-end processes and reporting
Support the wider finance function with ad hoc duties as required
Requirements
Qualified Accounts Technician or hold a relevant accounting qualification
Strong bookkeeping experience in a similar role
Must be working in Industry - not considering candidates directly from practice
Proven experience across AP, AR, bank reconciliations, and VAT
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong organisational and time management skills
Good systems and Excel skills
