The role entails implementing Agile methodologies, optimizing workflows, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure productivity and project efficiencies. This is a hybrid role based in Limerick, Ireland, with some remote work flexibility.QualificationsProficiency in Agile methodologies, frameworks (Scrum, Kanban), and Agile coachingExperience in project coordination, managing cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality banking solutionsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsDeep knowledge of the banking/financial sector and regulatory compliance requirementsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsDedicated to fostering a collaborative team environment and driving continuous improvementExperience with Jira, Confluence, or other Agile tools is highly advantageousRelevant certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe Agile certification are preferred
