Asset Delivery Specialist
About this Role
The Asset Delivery function within our organisation is responsible for the end-to-end planning, designing and delivery of our portfolio of asset development programmes. The primary objective is to provide timely, accurate cost information and forecasts.
Responsibilities:
* Manage and progress cost and variation issues relating to construction contracts.
* Provide estimation support to the quotation team for large network projects.
* Develop and manage a standardised suite of reports to improve reporting capability.
* Coordinate and monitor cost engineering activities to ensure timely and accurate cost information and forecasts.
* Support the accurate and timely recording of financial transactions on the Financial Systems.
* Assist with development of pricing quotations for network connections.
Requirements:
* Experience in utilities, pharmaceutical, civil infrastructure or data centre industries.
* Quantity surveying qualification.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to manage teams and build effective working relationships.
