About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Learning Delivery Specialist to join a global tech team focused on empowering sales organizations across EMEA. This role is all about delivering high-impact learning experiences - both virtual and in-person - that support the performance and growth of commercial and internal teams.
This is not a traditional sales or account management role. It's ideal for someone passionate about facilitation, learning design, and who thrives in front of an audience. You'll collaborate closely with sales leaders, subject matter experts, and program managers to deliver engaging sessions that build skills, support business objectives, and drive impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging, high-quality training and coaching sessions to sales teams and internal stakeholders across EMEA.
Facilitate both in-person and virtual learning programs, ensuring high satisfaction and retention through impactful delivery techniques.
Translate complex information into digestible, relevant, and practical learning experiences.
Partner with internal teams to tailor and localize training content to fit audience needs.
Provide feedback to improve training content, structure, and delivery.
Track training feedback and adapt based on participant input and learning outcomes.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience within a global tech environment.
Proven experience facilitating training or coaching, with strong participant satisfaction scores or testimonials.
Prior experience in Learning & Development, Sales Enablement, or related roles.
Exposure to supporting sales teams, ideally in digital or tech-driven environments.
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Fluent English (written and spoken).
Comfort working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Experience delivering both virtual and in-person training across diverse audiences (ranging from 10 to 70 people).
Experience in digital ad sales or app publishing is highly desirable.
French fluency is a plus (but not required).
