Responsibilities
The following list is not exhaustive. The job will involve the following responsibilities, amongst others:
Processing accounts payable invoices
Monitoring aged debtors in line with company processes
Completing bank reconciliations in an accurate and timely fashion
Qualifications
In order to ensure you are selected for interview for this job opportunity, you must have the following:
Experience of completing bank reconciliations accurately
Accounts payable processing and credit control experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to a business level professional communication style
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work to set deadlines and keep ahead of them to allow for unexpected situations which can occur
Proficient in MS Office with high usage to date within a professional working environment
Very strong organisational skills and time management skills
Salary Range
The salary range on offer for this temporary role is €30-35K per annum pro-rated depending on experience.
