Job Opportunity for Site Manager
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee high value new builds across the region.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional with experience managing high rise new build developments from greenfield right through to handover.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and monitor construction drawings, specifications, and work requirements.
* Modify and update project programme with senior management to ensure key milestones are met.
* Liaise with design team to ensure works are completed according to programme.
* Report to Projects Manager and Contracts Manager.
* Direct and manage personnel, site staff, and subcontractors.
* Manage and coordinate weekly progress meetings, workshops, and plan actions.
* Overcome any issues that may arise during the construction phase in a timely and efficient manner.
* Ensure H&S and Compliance procedures are adhered to.
Requirements
* Degree in Construction Management or similar qualification.
* A minimum of 5 years experience managing residential projects with a main contractor or specialist contractor in Ireland.
* Proven record of overseeing the complete construction of a new residential development ideally apartments.
* Proven history of having worked on high volume developments.
* Ability to effectively manage site programme and associated schedules to required deadlines.
* Experience managing multiple subcontractors at a time.
* Thorough knowledge of computer applications such as Microsoft Office and Project/PowerPoint.
