Comfort Keepers is seeking an experienced and motivated Area Service Manager to lead, coordinate and enhance the delivery of high-quality home care services within Wicklow.
This position brings together operational leadership, service quality oversight, stakeholder engagement and regional market presence.
Area Service Managers are accountable for ensuring excellence in client care, strong relationships, effective team performance, and the continued expansion of services through proactive engagement, visibility and reputation-building.
This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, operational execution and strong local presence.
Why Join Comfort Keepers A leadership role within one of Ireland's most respected home care providers Monday to Friday working pattern A values-driven organisation built on integrity, respect and trust Opportunities for professional development and career progression The chance to make a meaningful difference in local communities while representing a trusted national brand Key Responsibilities Service Delivery Client Care Conduct client assessments in the home and develop, implement and review person-centred care plans Ensure the safe, effective and consistent delivery of care services in line with company standards and regulatory requirements Oversee service quality, address issues promptly and implement sustainable solutions Maintain strong, professional relationships with clients, families and key stakeholders Act as the primary point of contact for HSE engagement within the region, including quarterly/monthly reviews and escalation management Leadership Operations Lead, mentor and support office-based and field teams to deliver high standards of care and service Ensure compliance with internal policies, audits and governance requirements Manage workload effectively, including diary management and regional travel Monitor performance against agreed KPIs and operational objectives Prepare and present reports to senior management as required Regional Development Brand Representation Act as Client Relationship Manager for the assigned geographical area Develop and maintain referral pathways Represent Comfort Keepers professionally within the region to strengthen awareness, reputation and credibility Attend and participate in local events, information sessions, community initiatives and networking opportunities Identify opportunities to extend service reach and respond to emerging local needs in line with organisational objectives Essential: Relevant Level 7 qualification in healthcare, social care, nursing or allied health discipline Demonstrated leadership and people management experience Strong organisational, problem-solving and decision-making skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to balance quality care and operational performance Full, clean driving licence and access to a car IT and digital competency Ability to work independently, take accountability and manage a varied workload in a fast-paced environment
