We are looking for a Field Sales Representative to join our client in the telecoms industry. The successful candidate will be a real people person, working door-to-door sales.The Role:Work a predesignated territory plan working door to door generating new customer sales to agreed quality and compliance standards.Deliver high level of Customer Service to assist in the conversion of sales.Promote the brand and products including discounted offers and benefits of the company.Gather customer information during course of a sale accurately and input data into system via handheld tablet system. Following all GDPR and compliance guidelines when interacting with customers.Develop customers relations and overcome objections.Adhere to all Health & Safety procedures.Assist with support to colleagues out on the field by mentoring to develop skillset on sales and product.Understand and comply with all directions provided by office / Manager and the regular updates.Report directly to the sales manager, any incidents or questions regarding routes, role and working hours.Complete surveys on handheld tablet once door knock has been completed with predetermined outcome.To deliver all aspects of quality and compliance with the company.Achieve daily sales target as set out by Regional Sales Manager.Package:32,000.00Uncapped Commission.Company Vehicle.Retention Bonus.
