Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the General Manager and other members of staff, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage work flows, duty rosters, and leave arrangements for care workers with precision and attention to detail
* Provide daily support and guidance to care teams, fostering a collaborative environment
* Communicate effectively with clients' families and manage conflicts in a professional and empathetic manner
* Respond to inquiries within set timeframes, upholding exceptional customer service standards
* Demonstrate strong skills in Microsoft 365 (particularly Excel) and organizational abilities, tact, and understanding of service delivery operations
Languages: Proficiency in Gaeilge is essential, as it is the language of work. The appointed person must have excellent spoken and written Irish language skills.
Working Hours and Salary: The working hours are Monday to Thursday 9:00am - 5:00pm and Friday 9:00am - 4:00pm. Under the Public Service Pension Scheme, which includes 39 hours per week, an annual salary will be paid. The starting salary point will be at the lower end of the scale and will not be subject to change from this initial point.
