Job Title: Forecourt Shop Supervisor
*Reports to: Site Manager or Retail Manager
Key Responsibilities
1. Supervise Staff:
2. Lead, train, and develop forecourt shop staff
3. Ensure excellent customer service and teamwork
4. Customer Service:
5. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues
6. Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction & customer experience
7. Stock Management:
8. Order and manage stock levels
9. Minimize waste and optimize inventory
Carry out Bi weekly stocktakes on agreed stocks .ie off licence &Tabacco
Quarterly stocktakes to take place
1. Sales and Promotions:
2. Promote products and services to drive sales
3. Implement promotional activities and loyalty programs
4. Health and Safety:
5. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
6. Maintain a clean and safe working environment
7. Operations:
8. Manage daily shop operations, including opening and closing procedures
9. Process transactions accurately and efficiently
Reconcile Daily cash & send reports to Head office
Reconcile ATM on a daily basis
1. Security:
2. Monitor CCTV and prevent loss where required
3. Follow security protocols and procedures
Requirements:
1. Retail or customer service experience
2. Strong leadership and communication skills
3. Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and holidays
4. Basic math skills for inventory management
5. Ability to lift and move stock
Skills:
1. Excellent customer service skills
2. Strong teamwork and leadership abilities
3. Basic computer skills for inventory management
4. Attention to detail and organizational skills
