Marketing, Communications & Events Manager
We are seeking a Marketing, Communications & Events Manager to work with our clients in Tralee, County Kerry.
About the Role
This is a hybrid position that involves working closely with a talented team of marketing, social media, and public relations professionals to develop and implement effective marketing strategies. The role reports directly to the General Manager and offers flexibility to work both remotely and on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create high-quality content for digital platforms, including video, drone footage, photography, and 3D visuals.
* Position the hotel as a premier destination through compelling narratives, partnerships, and events.
* Oversee social channels, ensure brand consistency, and optimize campaigns.
* Lead activations for renovated spaces and oversee wedding event execution.
* Buildeffective relationships with influencers, journalists, and tastemakers.
* Strengthen visibility through media and strategic collaborations.
The Ideal Candidate
* Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar position.
* Strong knowledge of SEO, Digital Advertising, Social Media & Content Marketing.
* Proficiency in Data & Analytics.
