Site Manager – Pharmaceutical Cleanrooms – Midlands, Ireland
Salary: €80,000 – €85,000 + Vehicle + Package

We are partnering with a high-growth market leader in modular cleanroom design for the biopharmaceutical sector, delivering projects across the UK and EMEA. Due to continued expansion, they are seeking a Site Manager to oversee internal finishes on controlled cleanroom projects in the Midlands.
This is an urgent requirement for an experienced professional to manage specialist fit-out works, ensuring programmes are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the installation of specialist internal finishes including wall systems, ceilings, flooring, doors, hygienic finishes, and architectural elements.
* Direct and manage subcontractors responsible for cleanroom finishes, maintaining sequencing, resolving challenges, and ensuring productivity.
* Ensure compliance with quality assurance, regulatory, and cleanroom standards, including strict tolerances and hygiene requirements.
* Promote a strong health, safety, and environmental culture, reviewing method statements, risk assessments, and safe working practices.
* Monitor progress against the construction programme, implement short-term lookahead planning, and resolve constraints affecting delivery.
* Ensure all works are completed in line with project specifications, milestones, and handover targets.
Requirements
* 5+ years’ experience in a similar role managing internal finishes on cleanroom or pharmaceutical projects.
* Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
* Strong understanding of cleanroom standards and pharmaceutical construction requirements.
* Based within commutable distance of Athlone, Midlands, Ireland.
