Team/Role OverviewThe Fund Accounting ETF Manager will implement and deploy Citi’s European ETF (Exchange Traded Funds) operations function, apply strong knowledge of ETFs, maintain a customer service and operational focus, and deliver an integrated, value‑added service to clients. This role will also assist in implementing the target operating model to support ETF funds and will assist the senior manager with client onboarding and ongoing business‑as‑usual (BAU) service management.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the implementation and deployment of Citi’s European ETF operations functionAssist in the design and implementation of new ETF business, with a focus on all ETF Services aspects, i.e. review of ETF offering documentation and operating memorandumsPCF (Portfolio Composition File) preparation, including reviewing the relevant component stocks, quantity, and pricesETF creation and redemption order processing for primary market and ETF units’ settlement arrangement and relationship with APs (Authorised Participant)Handle AP inquiries related to the ETF creation / redemption ordersAct as a senior point of contact for customers for ETF Services issues/queries; manage, coach, and develop team members, providing guidance and on‑the‑job trainingProactively identify and manage operational risk through leading specific process reviewsLead and drive the change plan of initiatives within the operations to incrementally improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the function, setting challenging targetsQualificationsExtensive experience in Fund Accounting/ETF Services including in a management roleBachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experienceExcellent command of EnglishExpertise in custody, particularly as it relates to ETFsStrong understanding of the full ETF lifecycle and knowledge of mutual fund accountingExpertise in new ETF listing launches and proficiency in Microsoft OfficeBenefitsBy joining Citi Dublin, you will not only be part of a business casual workplace with a hybrid working model (up to 2 days working at home per week), but also receive a competitive base salary (which is annually reviewed) and enjoy a whole host of additional benefits that support you and your family to be well, live well and save well.
